Local food in Hotel Korpikartano restaurant
Hotel Korpikartano has a restaurant for up to 50 persons. Menus are based on Lappish, Finnish and
Karelian cuisine. We use local ingredients from Inari such as reindeer, salmon, white fish, pike, mushrooms and berries as much as possible. We also make our own desserts such as lingonberry cake and blueberry pie.
Hotel Korpikartano restaurant has a terrace with direct views of the lake Menesjärvi and Lemmenjoki national park fells.
We ask that you request the meals in advance as our restaurant opens on demand at quieter times of the year. Please inform us of dietary requirements. We are also happy to make vegetarian food.
Breakfast is served in Hotel Korpikartano’s restaurant and is included in your accommodation booking.
Breakfast is served 8:30-10:00 winter time and 8:30-9:30 summer time.
In Hotel Korpikartano our food philosophy is to use local ingredients and increase sustainability. One of our steps to more environmentally friendly services in Hotel Korpikartano restaurant is to avoid food waste. We have replaced kitchen and cleaning plastic bags with eco-friendly bio-bags, and we also use washable cleaning cloths. We have chosen cleaning chemicals based on environmental friendliness.
Each week we have a vegetarian day on thursday in Hotel Korpikartano since December 2018. We are happy for the great feedback we have got and we welcome you to try local vegetarian food in Inari.

The restaurant and the hotel area, including saunas and rooms, have A-licenses, so we ask that you do not consume your own alcohol that you bring on the premises.
