Seuraavat varaus- ja peruutusehdot koskevat kaikkia palveluita (sisältäen rajoittamattomasti kaikkea majoitusta ja ruokailuita), jotka tilataan ja toteutetaan minä tahansa vuodenaikana seuraavan/seuraavien yhtiöiden toimesta millä tahansa mainitulla maantieteellisellä alueella:

Ehdot ovat sitovat, kun varaus on tehty, ellei toisin kirjallisesti ole sovittu. Hotelli Korpikartano Oy noudattaa toiminnassaan Suomen lakia. Kaikissa mahdollisissa riitatilanteissa ja ristiriidoissa sovelletaan Suomen lakia.

Ehtoja sovelletaan majoitus-, ravintola-, ohjelmapalvelu- ja muihin varauksiin, ellei toisin sovita.

Kaupalliset ehdot

Hinnat ja hintaan kuuluvat palvelut, joita Hotelli Korpikartano Oy tarjoaa ja tuottaa, kerrotaan jokaisessa tuotekuvauksessa. Hinnat sisältävät ALV:n Suomen verolakien ja sääntöjen mukaan. Hotelli Korpikartano Oy pidättää oikeuden hintojen muutoksiin mahdollisten ennakoimattomien kustannusten ilmetessä, joita Hotelli Korpikartano Oy ei voi kontrolloida (näitä ovat esimerkiksi verojen nousu tai polttoaineen hinta ja raaka-ainekustannusten nousu).

Varausehdot yksittäisille matkustajille

Varauksen yhteydessä sinun on ilmoitettava nimesi, asuinosoitteesi, puhelinnumero ja sähköposti sekä saapumis- ja lähtöajankohta. Emme käytä näitä tietoja markkinointiin tai muuhun tarkoitukseen, ellemme erikseen ole saaneet sinulta suullista tai kirjallista vahvistusta siihen. Varaus sitoo hotellia, kun se on vahvistettu kirjallisesti tai esimerkiksi sähköpostitse ja kun olet saanut siitä vahvistusnumeron. Hotelli voi asettaa varauksen ehdoksi erilaisia sääntöjä, varausmaksun suorittamisen tai varauksen vahvistamisen luottokortilla varauksen sitovuuden edellytykseksi. Asiakas on velvollinen tarkistamaan varausvahvistuksen tiedot varausvahvistuksen saapuessa ja tarvittaessa peruuttamaan varauksen ennen maksun eräpäivää. Mikäli varaus on viime hetkellä tehty (1 – 3 päivää ennen saapumispäivää), tulee varaus peruuttaa ennen saapumispäivää.

Epäselvissä tapauksissa ole hyvä ja ota yhteys hotellin vastaanottoon, korpikartano@korpikartano.fi / 040 777 4339. Varausvahvistus on hyvä ottaa mukaan saapuessanne hotelliin digitaalisena versiona.

Varaus hintoineen katsotaan vahvistetuksi, kun asiakas saa kirjallisen vahvistuksen, joka sisältää tilausnumeron Hotelli Korpikartanosta. Maksuvaihtoehdot käyvät ilmi tilausta vahvistaessa, varausta tehdessä tai paikan päällä varauksen edessä tai sähköpostitse.

Hotelli Korpikartanoon varausta tehdessä veloitetaan asiakkaalta 100 % maksu heti. Maksuehdot ovat seuraavassa kappaleessa.

Maksu- ja peruutusehdot yksittäisille matkustajille puhelimitse, sähköpostitse tai paikan päällä tehdyissä varauksissa

Halutessasi perua varauksen, tulee sinun olla yhteydessä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen korpikartano@korpikartano.fi tai puhelimitse 040 777 4339. Sähköpostissa tulee olla mainittuna Hotelli Korpikartanon antama varausnumero. Kaikki peruutukset tulee tehdä toimiston aukioloaikoina (maanantaista sunnuntaihin, klo 09.00–18.00) minimissään yksi päivä ennen tilauksen alkua.

Toivotut peruutukset vaativat Hotelli Korpikartanon kirjallisen hyväksynnän. Jokainen peruutuspyyntö käsitellään yksitellen, vaikka samaan tilaukseen tulisi useita osaperuutuksia. Peruutusmaksu jokaiselle eri palvelulle mainitaan alempana.

Peruutusmaksu lasketaan erikseen jokaiselle perutulle palvelulle. No-show-tapauksista (haamuasiakas) veloitamme 100 % maksun. Jonkin sairauden tai COVID-19 ilmetessä, noudatamme normaaleja varaus- ja peruutusehtoja. Asiakkaita suositellaan hankkimaan henkilökohtainen matkavakuutus, jolla näitä kuluja voi mahdollisesti kattaa.

Maksuehto:

Maksuehto puhelimitse, sähköpostitse tai paikan päällä tehtyihin varauksiin on 100 % ennen varauksen vahvistamista. Varausmaksu hoidetaan sähköisesti suomalaisen Paylink- maksutavan kautta. Toissijainen maksutapa on lasku.

Eräpäivään mennessä, asiakkaalla on mahdollisuus perua varaus kuluitta lähettämällä tästä sähköpostia osoitteeseen korpikartano@korpikartano.fi. Maksettuaan varauksen, asiakkaalla on silti mahdolliseen eräpäivään mennessä mahdollisuus perua varaus, jolloin asiakkaalle palautetaan maksettu summa varauksesta. Asiakas voi myös perua varauksen kuluitta viimeistään 45 päivää ennen varauksen alkamispäivää, jos maksun eräpäivä on aikaisemmin kuin mainittu 45 päivää ennen varauksen alkamispäivää.

Mikäli asiakas ei ole maksanut varausta eräpäivään mennessä, perutaan varaus asiakkaalta automaattisesti. Asiakkaalta voidaan kysyä tilannetta varauksen ja maksun suhteen.

Eräpäivän käsite koskee fyysistä laskua, joka on toimitettu sähköpostitse liitteenä tai postitse. Eräpäivän käsite koskee myös maksulinkkiä, joka lähetetään asiakkaalle sähköpostiin.

Eräpäivän jälkeen peruutusmaksu on 100 % varauksen kokonaishinnasta.

Varausta on kuitenkin mahdollista siirtää eteenpäin saatavuuden mukaan puolella vuodella (6 kk), ellei toisin ole sovittu.

Maksuehto:

Maksuehto verkkokauppavarauksissa on 100 % ennen varauksen vahvistamista.

Peruutusehdot:

Mikäli varaus perutaan minimissään 21 päivää ennen, peruutusmaksua ei veloiteta.

Mikäli varaus perutaan minimissään 7 päivää ennen, peruutusmaksu on 25 €.

Varausta on kuitenkin mahdollista siirtää eteenpäin saatavuuden mukaan puolella vuodella (6 kk), ellei toisin ole sovittu.

Muutoin mitään varausmaksuja ei palauteta.

Muutokset

Tehdessäsi mahdollisia muutoksia varaukseesi, ole yhteydessä sähköpostilla Korpikartanoon korpikartano@korpikartano.fi tai puhelimitse 040 777 4339 ja mainitse varausnumerosi. Kaikki muutokset tai korjaukset varaukseen tulee tehdä kirjallisesti toimiston aukioloaikoina (Suomen aikaa).

Mahdolliset muutokset vaativat kirjallisen hyväksynnän Hotelli Korpikartanolta. Kaikki muutokset varauksiin riippuvat niiden saatavuudesta. Jos mahdollinen muutos aiheuttaa kuluja, ne veloitetaan asiakkaalta (esim. sesonkilisä). Jos jokin varauksessa jo oleva tuote tai palvelu perutaan, sitä ei käsitellä muutoksena, vaan siihen sovelletaan olemassa olevia peruutusehtoja.

Yleiset tarjouskampanjoita koskevat ehdot

Tarjoukset koskevat vain uusia, ei kampanjan aikana peruutettuja ja uudelleen tehtyjä varauksia. Tarjoushinta on voimassa kampanjan voimassaoloaikana eikä sitä voi siirtää tarjouksen voimassaoloajan jälkeen muihin ajankohtiin, tai yhdistää muihin alennuksiin tai tarjouksiin. Tarjous on henkilökohtainen eikä se siirry tarjouksen voimassaoloajan päätyttyä nimenmuutoksen tai varauksen muutoksen yhteydessä toiselle matkustajalle tai varaukselle lisättävälle uudelle matkustajalle. Tarjoushintaisia huoneita ja lisävuoteita on saatavilla rajoitetusti ja hinta saattaa vaihdella saapumis- ja lähtöpäivän mukaan. Pidätämme oikeuden muutoksiin.

Ryhmävaraukset

Varaus- ja peruutusehdot ryhmävarauksiin

Ehtoja sovelletaan majoitus-, ravintola-, ohjelmapalvelu- ja muihin varauksiin, ellei toisin sovita.

Varaus on molempia osapuolia sitova, kun myyjä on toimittanut varaajalle varausvahvistuksen kirjallisesti.

Majoitusvaraukset veloitetaan etukäteen, ellei toisin sovita.

Varauksen päivämäärää voidaan vaihtaa sopimuksesta maksutta saatavuuden mukaan. Varausmaksuja voidaan periä sopimuksesta.

Kuluton peruutus ryhmille 60 päivää ennen, ellei toisin sovita.

59–31 päivää ennen saapumista veloitetaan 30 % koko summasta, ellei toisin sovita.

30 päivää ennen saapumista veloitetaan 100 % koko summasta, ellei toisin sovita.

Huonejaot ja erikoisruokavaliot viimeistään 8 päivää ennen.

Tilaus tai varaus laskutetaan viimeisimmän vahvistetun henkilömäärän mukaan, ellei toisin sovita.

The following booking and cancellation terms apply to all services (including, without limitation, all accommodation and catering) ordered and provided at any time of the year by the following company/companies in any of the geographical areas mentioned:
Hotel Korpikartano

The terms and conditions are binding once the reservation has been made, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hotel Korpikartano complies with Finnish law in its operations. Finnish law shall apply in all possible disputes and conflicts.

The terms and conditions apply to accommodation, restaurant, program services, and other reservations, unless otherwise agreed.

Commercial terms

The prices and services included in the price offered and provided by Hotelli Korpikartano are specified in each product description. Prices include VAT in accordance with Finnish tax laws and regulations. Hotelli Korpikartano reserves the right to change prices in the event of unforeseen costs that are beyond the control of Hotelli Korpikartano (such as tax increases or increases in fuel and raw material costs).

Booking conditions for individual travelers

When making a reservation, you must provide your name, residential address, telephone number, and email address, as well as your arrival and departure dates. We will not use this information for marketing or other purposes unless we have received your verbal or written consent to do so. The reservation is binding on the hotel once it has been confirmed in writing or, for example, by email, and you have received a confirmation number. The hotel may impose various conditions on the reservation, such as payment of a reservation fee or confirmation of the reservation by credit card, as a condition of the reservation being binding. The customer is obliged to check the details of the booking confirmation upon receipt and, if necessary, cancel the booking before the payment due date. If the booking is made at the last minute (1–3 days before the arrival date), the booking must be canceled before the arrival date.

In case of uncertainty, please contact the hotel reception by e-mail at korpikartano@korpikartano.fi or by phone +358 40 777 4339. It is recommended that you bring a digital copy of your booking confirmation with you when you arrive at the hotel.

The reservation and prices are considered confirmed when the customer receives written confirmation from Hotel Korpikartano, including an order number. Payment options are specified when confirming the order, making the reservation, on site before the reservation, or by email.

When making a reservation at Hotel Korpikartano, the customer will be charged 100% of the payment immediately. The terms of payment are listed in the following section.

Payment and cancellation terms for individual travelers booking by phone, email, or on site.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by email at korpikartano@korpikartano.fi or by phone at +358 40 777 4339. Please include the reservation number provided by Hotel Korpikartano in your email. All cancellations must be made during office hours (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) at least one day before the start of the reservation.

Requested cancellations require the written approval of Hotel Korpikartano. Each cancellation request will be processed individually, even if there are several partial cancellations for the same order. The cancellation fee for each different service is listed below.

The cancellation fee is calculated separately for each canceled service. For no-shows (ghost customers), we charge 100% of the fee. In the event of illness or COVID-19, we will follow our normal booking and cancellation policy. Customers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance to cover these costs.

Payment terms:

The payment terms for reservations made by phone, email, or on site are 100% before the reservation is confirmed. The reservation fee is handled electronically via the Finnish Paylink payment method. The secondary payment method is invoice.

By the due date, the customer has the option to cancel the reservation free of charge by sending an email tokorpikartano. After paying for the reservation, the customer still has the option to cancel the reservation by the due date, in which case the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded to the customer.

If the customer has not paid for the reservation by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The customer may be asked about the status of the reservation and payment.

The concept of due date applies to physical invoices sent as email attachments or by post. The concept of due date also applies to payment links sent to customers by email.

After the due date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of the reservation.

However, it is possible to postpone the reservation by six months, depending on availability, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation policy:

If the reservation is canceled at least 21 days in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If the reservation is canceled at least 7 days in advance, the cancellation fee is €25.

However, it is possible to postpone the reservation by six months, depending on availability, unless otherwise agreed.

Otherwise, no reservation fees will be refunded.

Changes

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact Korpikartano by emailkorpikartano or by phone at +358 40 777 4339 and mention your reservation number. All changes or corrections to your reservation must be made in writing during office hours (Finnish time).

Any changes require written approval from Hotel Korpikartano. All changes to reservations are subject to availability. If a change incurs additional costs, these will be charged to the customer (e.g., seasonal surcharge). If a product or service already included in the reservation is canceled, this will not be treated as a change, but will be subject to the existing cancellation terms.

General terms and conditions for promotional campaigns

The offers only apply to new bookings, not to bookings canceled and rebooked during the campaign period. The offer price is valid during the campaign period and cannot be transferred to other dates after the offer period has expired, nor can it be combined with other discounts or offers. The offer is personal and cannot be transferred to another passenger or a new passenger added to the reservation after the offer period has ended, even if the name or reservation is changed. Rooms and extra beds at the promotional price are subject to availability, and the price may vary depending on the arrival and departure dates. We reserve the right to make changes.

Group reservations

Reservation and cancellation terms for group reservations

The terms and conditions apply to accommodation, restaurant, program services, and other reservations, unless otherwise agreed.

The reservation is binding on both parties once the seller has sent the reserving party a written confirmation of the reservation.

Accommodation reservations are charged in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

The reservation date can be changed free of charge, subject to availability. Reservation fees may be charged as agreed.

No charge for cancellations made 60 days in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

59–31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.

30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.

Room allocations and special dietary requirements must be provided at least 8 days in advance.

Orders or reservations will be invoiced according to the latest confirmed number of persons, unless otherwise agreed.
